Drug arrest results in theft charge

Annapolis police executed a warrant this week for drug charges, but the man ended up with a charge of theft of less than $100 after a stolen credit card was found. The man was being arrested for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia charges when the officers discovered a stolen credit card. After investigating the card, the police found that it had been taken from a car, but that theft had gone unreported.
