A man who left the country after a Maryland woman accused him of rape was arrested Wednesday at Baltimore Washington International Airport, where he had arrived after just flying back into the U.S. Though he had not been charged in connection with the incident at the time he departed the country, authorities later charged him with second-degree rape and issued a warrant for his arrest.
